Now most of us have super duper fast connections, we lose track of all the little things we held precious. Patience for example has been neglected as a result of the ever increasing faster this and that, we now find it impossible to stand around and wait for anything. For example when nuking some tasty TV dinner, we set the timer for say five minutes, only to stand over the microwave and stop the cooking cycle a few seconds short of it's full five minutes! just to get to the food quicker than recommended. I have to ask... What is this world coming to, a place where everything MUST be there instantly, or to be so fast it must arrive before we demand it!

Are we alone?
We are coming to the end of the entire human race, all but very slowly, however eventually our beloved planet will be consumed by our own sun.
We will have to overcome the hurdles that hinder our progress in exploring deep space, after all we still haven't travelled outside our solar system yet!
It will not be long before we as a race have to reach out to the stars before we perish, what if we are alone in the expanse of this universe as we know it. We will have to resettle on other strange new world just in order to contiue the species. There is a possibility that we are indeed alone and that we are truely a freak of nature, that we alone exist in the expanse of space.
After all there are limitless possibilities and conditions that have transpired to ensure our evolutionary survival. Whereas on the other end of the scales, we are tipping in a fine balance in our very survival in space, there are many dark and powerful forces that are continually ripping our universe apart, we can't remain lucky forever to avoid some sort of massive cosmic event.
Over the next few weeks i will be adding some cool features and stories to cover this subject, offering a wide and diverse worldwide scientific opinion.
One to the more detailed subjects to be covered will be the 'Black hole' and it's possible uses if we can learn to harness all that raw power.
We will also be following the Hadron experiment, reporting on any latest developments from the project as they happen.
Watch this space... Literally.
